Web Chat: Advising

Does your student have questions about courses, majors, and advising? Join the Parent Program and the Office of Undergraduate Advising for an informational web chat on Tuesday, March 12, from noon–1 p.m. (CST). Academic advising is an important part of undergraduate education. Advisors help students find the resources and tools to explore, define, and accomplish academic and career goals. Topics may include selecting or changing a major, course selection, reading a Degree Audit Reporting System (DARS) report, advising improvements, entrance requirements for undergraduate majors, transfer requirements, and planned enhancements to the campus advising structure.
