I am pleased to welcome you to our great university via our newly created Parent Program. This program, and the information offered through this Web site, is designed to foster a continuing partnership between UW–Madison and the parents of our students.
The Parent Program serves as a gateway to important and timely information about topics ranging from academics to health and safety, and from finances to career decisions. It’s also a great source for what’s happening on campus so that you can explore all that we have to offer when you visit your student.
As a parent myself, I know that you share a common goal with our faculty and staff: You are committed to helping your student succeed. The Parent Program staff members are eager to help you do just that. I encourage you to call upon them when you have a question, or when you want to share a concern or a suggestion.
