It’s now easier than ever to contact the Parent Program when you have a question about your student or the university. Simply go to the Web site and click on the Parent Program chat icon. You will be instantly connected to a Parent Program staff member in a private chat. This new feature is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
